2018 Honor Society Induction Ceremony

In 2018, 49 new Pi Gamma Mu members were inducted into the Delaware BETA Chapter. 

2018 January Commencement

Commencement is always such a happy time! So happy to help graduate these PGM members! Some shown here wearing their honor cords...

PGM members were chosen to become members of this honor society because they did exceptionally well academically. But in order to become a full-fledged member, each new inductee had to perform 10 service hours to a cause or organization of their choice, and in some manner support the Polar Bear Plunge. They selflessly gave of their time and talent to benefit others.

2018 Polar Bear Plunge

The 2018 Polar Bear Plunge was again a HUGE success! Delaware BETA Chapter raised $3949.00, which was close to our 2017 total, which was $3961.00. 

It was a cold and blustery day, but we that didn't stop us! We even had a new "Bucket Lister"-- as faculty member Sharon Yoder joined in the fun!

 The waiting game is the more painful part of this plunge!
