Congratulations to our latest BETA Chapter graduate to serve as commencement speaker for the Spring ceremonies in Wilmington! The Delaware BETA Chapter has a rick history of students nominated, and being selected, as commencement speakers, and Barbara was our 6th BETA Chapter member to do us all proud. Congrats to Barbara!!!
